Pre-Booking allows you to get in and out of the Shop and get along with your day. Due to this luxury we must be on time.
I understand emergencies happen. However I’m running a business so I must enforce late fees, last minute cancellations, no shows etc. $5 late fee, 50% last minute cancellation fee of schedule service and a 100% no show no call fee of schedule service
Please DO NOT bring extra guest. Do NOT drop kids off at the shop and leave them unattended. Do not bring extra guest that will not be serviced. It is a distract and a disservice to your appointment.
Please eat before coming to shop. Do not lay on furniture. Please respect our establishment. We look forward to continuing to provide you with a great experience. We appreciate your business.
